About Banepa Junior Jaycees

Banepa Junior Jaycees is a local chapter of the global Junior Chamber movement, dedicated to empowering young people to create positive change in society. Established with a vision to develop leadership skills, foster community spirit, and inspire civic responsibility, Banepa Junior Jaycees has been actively serving the Banepa community through impactful projects, trainings, and youth-driven initiatives.

We believe that active citizenship starts at the local level, and that meaningful development is possible when young people take charge of shaping their own communities. Our members come from diverse backgrounds but share a common goal: to grow as leaders while making Banepa a better place to live.

What We Do
